Managed websites for landscaping businesses

Landscaping Website Design

Show the outdoor work you want to be hired for.

A homeowner planning a garden transformation and a facilities manager arranging grounds maintenance need different information. We design and build landscaping websites that give each visitor a clear route: understand your work, check your coverage, and send a useful enquiry. Your team brings the real projects and service details. Ekyon turns them into a website with an agreed plan for launch, updates and care.

A useful path through the site

Start with what your customer came to do.

01

Choose a project or ongoing care

02

See relevant landscape work

03

Describe the property and scope

Illustrative page journey. Content, availability and operational details come from your business.

Help a design client picture the project

A gallery should explain more than the finished appearance. Show the original brief, the work your team carried out, the setting and the details that shaped the result. Organize projects so someone considering a patio, planting scheme or complete garden can find work relevant to their plans.

Give grounds managers the practical details

Commercial buyers need to know which property types you maintain, where you operate and what a contract can cover. Explain recurring care, seasonal work and how a site assessment happens. Give maintenance enquiries their own route so they reach the right person with the right context.

Keep the site accurate as the business changes

New project photographs, seasonal services, team changes and updated coverage should not sit in someone's inbox for months. We agree who supplies and approves each update, which changes your team wants to make, and which requests Ekyon will handle under a separate care scope.

Two customer journeys

Design projects and maintenance contracts deserve different paths.

If you offer landscape construction and ongoing care, visitors should see the distinction before completing a form. The page plan follows your actual services and customers.

01

Design and build

Explain the consultation, design decisions and delivery stages in your own terms. Connect these pages to relevant completed projects. A first enquiry can ask about the property, location and intended work, leaving detailed drawings and a final estimate for the conversation that follows.

02

Commercial grounds care

Describe the sites your team can serve, the tasks you take on and how work is scheduled. Distinguish an ongoing contract from a one-off cleanup. The enquiry can capture property type, approximate extent, required services and the contact responsible for arranging an assessment.

03

Real coverage and availability

Show the areas you genuinely cover and any limits on the work you accept. We can organize useful location information where there is something distinct to explain. Repeated town pages with the same wording do little to help a customer decide whether you are a fit.

Project evidence

Build the gallery from your work, with enough context to judge it.

We plan your project archive around photographs and details you have permission to publish. Clear explanations alongside the images help customers compare projects and start a sensible discussion.

01

A useful project record

Include the type of property, the client's objective, your role and the work completed. Identify collaborators or photography credits where needed. Before-and-after images are useful when authentic and approved; a rendered design should be identified as a proposed design rather than a completed job.

02

Images that work on a phone

We organize and size photographs for the layout, keeping important details readable without loading every large original at once. Captions explain what the visitor is seeing. Your company approves the final selection, including whether a customer's address or other identifying details should appear.

03

Proof that belongs to your company

Show approved customer statements, team information and relevant credentials you can substantiate. We do not fill gaps with invented reviews or stock photographs presented as your projects. If the archive is small, a few well-explained jobs are more useful than a large misleading gallery.

Build, launch and care

Make the website manageable for a team working outdoors.

We agree the content, enquiry routes and responsibilities before building. You review the page plan, design and working website. For an existing site, we review useful pages and contact routes before deciding what to retain or replace.

01

A workable publishing routine

Choose whether your team edits projects and services, sends changes to Ekyon, or uses a combination. We explain editing and access. Ongoing care can cover routine updates and technical upkeep; new features or substantial content expansion need their own scope.

02

Enquiries and existing tools

We test the agreed forms, recipient addresses and mobile contact links. If you already use a booking or customer-management tool, we first check its supported links, embeds or connection options. A custom estimating system, scheduling platform or live data integration is additional work, subject to feasibility and scope.

03

Search foundations and a considered changeover

Use clear service names, descriptive page titles, readable project information and crawlable links. Review useful existing URLs and redirects during a rebuild. These foundations also make public information easier for search assistants to interpret, while rankings and recommendations remain outside anyone's control.

Website work you can inspect

A real build, with its scope visible.

The Ekyon projects shown here demonstrate website design and development for other businesses, not landscaping delivery or lead growth. Your company's approved photographs and project details will provide the landscaping evidence for your own website.

A scope you can review

Plan the build and the work after launch.

Plan for a US$5,000+ first-year service engagement, including the starting website work and agreed ongoing care. This is a fit guideline, not a fixed package or build quote. Pages, content and connections determine the scope. Hosting and third-party tools are budgeted separately.

Before you decide

Questions about landscaping website design.

Can one website cover landscaping projects and commercial maintenance?

Yes. We can create separate service and enquiry paths within one website. Design clients can explore project stories and the consultation process, while property managers can review contract coverage and request an assessment. The structure depends on the services you actually provide.

Do we need a large portfolio before starting?

No. A small set of approved projects can be enough to explain your work clearly. Bring the photographs you own, your role in each job and the details you can publish. We can plan an archive that grows over time without inventing projects or customer results.

Can you improve our existing landscaping website?

We first review its content, platform, access and enquiry routes. Some sites need a focused improvement; others need a rebuild. If the project changes URLs, we plan the relevant redirects and launch checks. Existing search positions and traffic cannot be guaranteed during or after a redesign.

Who updates projects, seasonal services and coverage after launch?

We agree that before delivery. Your team can own the approved editing tasks, or Ekyon can handle agreed changes through a separate maintenance arrangement. You remain responsible for the accuracy and permission of the business information you provide. Response expectations and included work are set in the care scope.

What should we bring to a first conversation?

Send your current website, services, coverage, intended customers and budget. A few publishable project examples and a description of how enquiries are handled help us plan the work. Mention existing software; no customer documents or private property records are needed initially.

Bring your current website or your plans

Tell us which landscaping work the website should support.

Share your current site and whether the priority is design projects, grounds maintenance or both. We will discuss the content, enquiry paths and care responsibilities, then prepare a scope before quoting.
