A form stops working. An offer needs updating. The old provider is hard to reach. Ekyon can take over a suitable existing website and handle the agreed care, changes and search work through one team.
Keep the site that works. Review what needs fixing. Agree who handles the rest.
When ongoing support makes sense
This service fits businesses with a site worth keeping and recurring work that needs an owner. A redesign can wait unless the review shows it is necessary.
New services, team details and customer information should not sit in an inbox for weeks. Describe a normal month's requests so we can scope useful capacity.
You need someone to understand the setup, establish access and take responsibility for the supported parts. Start with a handover review.
You want the site maintained and its important pages improved, without moving every request between separate suppliers. Define both kinds of work upfront.
If your main need is a new offer, new structure or a different platform, explore our website redesign and managed care service. If you only need one isolated edit, a continuing engagement may be more than the job requires.
What we can take responsibility for
A maintenance package should tell you what happens in an ordinary month and what happens when something breaks. We define both against your actual website.
Agree the supported platform, update process, backups and recovery checks. Establish who investigates a fault and which repairs need separate approval.
Put routine content changes, page updates and agreed fixes into one work list. Define included capacity so requests move without a new negotiation every time.
Agree checks for the routes customers rely on, such as enquiries, booking and checkout. Assign responsibility for connected tools as well as the website.
When included, give SEO its own priorities and capacity: relevant searches, useful pages, titles, links and technical checks. Keep business information clear for people and search assistants.
SEO is additional agreed work, not an automatic result of updates and backups. AI search readiness uses accessible, accurate answers and consistent business information; no special label can promise recommendations.
A practical starting point
Identify the platform, hosting, key accounts, integrations and existing problems. Establish which parts we can support and where another provider still owns a dependency.
Agree the access work and fixes needed before routine care begins. Decide whether to keep the current site, improve selected parts or plan a rebuild separately.
Name the contact, covered work, request capacity, reporting and escalation process. Your team approves significant changes and confirms business facts.
Agree account ownership, renewal responsibilities and exit handover. Support hours and response expectations are confirmed in the proposal; acknowledgement and resolution are different commitments. If the takeover includes a rebuild or move, use the redesign SEO checklist to agree what needs protecting.

Maintenance and support budget
Separate the initial review and repairs from the recurring work. Then identify hosting, licences, paid tools and larger changes. A rarely edited brochure site and a business with regular content, integrations and search work need different plans.
Use the website budget calculator when you are combining a refresh or redesign with selected care. For takeover without redesign, we review the starting work before quoting.
Our fit guideline is a first-year service budget of US$5,000 or more, combining takeover or repair work with ongoing care where useful. Hosting and paid tools are identified separately. This is not a fixed monthly package; we agree deliverables and capacity before quoting.
Read the maintenance cost guide for coverage questions and a published external provider example.
Your website URL, recurring requests, unresolved issues and current provider arrangements help us discuss a realistic starting scope. Add the ongoing responsibilities you want off your team's plate.
Ekyon is based in India. For international projects, we agree meeting times, approvals and support coverage around your team. Geography does not replace that agreement.
Before you hand it over
We can assess an existing website for takeover. First we review its platform, account access, integrations and current condition. We confirm the parts we can support and quote any starting repairs before agreeing ongoing responsibility. A redesign is not automatically required.
The agreed plan can include platform care, backups and recovery checks, website changes, important form or booking checks and support. The proposal names the supported systems, included capacity, response expectations and external charges. New features and larger repairs need their own scope.
Only when that work is included in the agreement. Maintenance and search improvement have different jobs. We can combine them in one plan with explicit research, content and technical capacity. Clear accessible information helps search eligibility, but rankings and AI recommendations are not guaranteed.
We review the site and expected workload before quoting. We focus on managed engagements with a first-year service budget of US$5,000 or more, combining starting work and ongoing care as needed. The proposal separates review and repairs, recurring changes, any SEO work, and external costs such as hosting or licences. Use our maintenance cost guide to compare responsibilities; its published provider prices are not Ekyon rates.
Yes. Ekyon is based in India and can work remotely with businesses in other countries. We agree meeting times, approval contacts, support coverage and handover arrangements before starting. Remote delivery does not imply a local office or round-the-clock support.
Start with your website URL, the problems you want handled and a typical month's requests. We will discuss platform fit, initial work and recurring responsibilities. Account access is arranged through an agreed process after scope is established; do not send passwords with your first enquiry.

Share the site and the work you want handled. We will discuss whether takeover fits, what needs attention first and how to scope ongoing support. You do not need to write a technical specification.
